Sierra Mobile Glass was the best experience that I’ve had in a long time. Their customer service is top notch! I had them recalibrate my car after another local shop claimed I didn’t need it. That was a LIE! My car started randomly slamming on the brakes on the freeway! Their walls are covered in the certificates they hold. They have a cool snack bar that is free for customers. Their recliners are nicer than my own. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

This is the second time I've had to replace my windshield. I went to a different business the second time it needed replacing. There was a big difference between the 2 places. Sierra Mobile Glass was on time and efficient. After the work was done they drove the car to recalibrate all that the windshield does in a newer model car. Sierra Mobile glass did NOT try to gouge us, and did a fantastic job replacing the windshield in shorter time than it takes to drive to a locq5ion, stand in line and talk to a representative. I took my car in today to have the windshield replaced. The service was great. I was very comfortable waiting in the lobby area. I was told it would be about 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours with the safety inspection for my sensor windshield and was out of there in 1.5 hours. They even gave me a discount on my insurance deductible. I highly recommend Sierra Mobile Glass.

I have a Tesla, so getting parts is not always easy, but Don and his crew dealt with everything from insurance to the windshield, I didn’t have to do anything. They made it very easy. They were there early so I could drop off my car before work, they updated me about the car windshield being calibrated, and called me when it was done. Everyone that works there was exceptional. I have so much to say about this company! They surpass everyone in terms of both pricing and service quality. As a mother of three, I can attest to the horror of finding your sole car's windshield broken. Fortunately, Don and Diane were quite accommodating to my situation. Within the hour, they sent out Adam to take care of all my issues. Adam was really helpful and such a gentlemen the entire time. He informed me that he is a father himself, and children's safety always comes first. He cleaned up all the glass that had fallen into my car. 10/10 recommended from the owners to their employees. I have a newer crossover suv that I’ve owned since late 2020. I have replaced the windshield 3 times. I always used safelite auto glass not even thinking if there were any other companies in my area.
This vehicle is worse than any other vehicle I’ve owned. The last time the rock chip split as soon as it hit and the glass leaked due to the split when I went through the car wash or when it rained.
Changing things up:
I contacted Sierra mobile glass and Don advised all glass is not of the same quality. He gave me options of quality and pricing. I figured the car was a rock magnet so I chose the lesser quality. He ordered the glass and got me in a couple days later. Upon inspection of the glass, it was made by the same manufacturer as the windshield that split and leaked. It was stamped with the same part number but the glass was incorrect (missing options for lane assist).
Don apologized profusely and we discussed options to get the correct glass. I opted for the high end glass and he ordered it. When the glass came into the manufacturer warehouse in Sac they advised the windshield was broken and there were no more available. Don immediately notified me and we opted for another glass.
When the third replacement came in it was scratched. Don notified me immediately and we ordered another replacement.
The correct undamaged glass arrived about a week later and Don came to my house and did a spectacular job with the install. He took care of a few chips on two other vehicles I have for the inconvenience.
The issues were not caused by Don and he went well above and beyond to make sure I was happy and he did an exceptional job in communicating and even with all the issues the job was completed faster than if I had to go with safelite. Major kudos to Sierra Mobile Glass a small local business. You’ve earned a lifelong customer.
